Heinz Advert – The Petition

So after the other day’s post I have learnt through the After Elton website, that there is an already going petition to Heinz to re-instate the Heinz Advert which has been signed by more than 9000 people (Im number 9245). To sign it, go here. I would urge to go and sign, just to help the case out. It is very sad that Heinz won’t listen to this petition. 202 narrow-minded straight people complain and the advert is pulled. Over 9000 answer back and no-one listens to us. We live in a sad world sometimes.

Online petitions very rarely work. You better organize a campain to call Heinz offices. Much harder to ignore the ringing phones than a random web page.

Hey ZoltarStark. You are right. Online petitios rarely work but it is better than nothing! Also, it is easier for someone to sign an online petition (that will take 2 minutes) than have to phone a big company, which will take 10 minutes…

Either way, I think 12095 signatures proves a point and, even if it doesn’t do anything, at least we are in the knowledge that we are in a majority and that the world, after all, isn’t as bad as some people would make you think!
