On Talking About Yourself
I was thinking about how we describe ourselves, how we present who we are to the world (all this in relation to my first blog entry), and I came about a very interesting website, Smith Magazine (http://www.smithmag.net/sixwords/), where one has to tell his/her own story in six words. How hard can that be!? Well, very much so! I spent the last hour trying to summarise myself in six words, and so far I have only achieved a blank page and two episodes of Scrubs season 4 watched…
I’ve been reading some of the entries that people have written and they are ace! ‘Catholic, gave it up for Lent’, ‘My dog worshipped me. ‘Twas enough’ and ’Look Mom: I’ve finally written something’ are some of the best I’ve read… I can see this being my new addiction… peeping into other people’s six words lives! And I thought facebook was voyeuristic enough…
So will keep trying to find a six word story for myself, but in the meantime… I think its time for a third Scrubs episode…

Hi, I tried to enter a link to a blog with 50 six-word-stories but the comment gets rejected. Probably got classified as spam…
